My bias has curved

Recent events from the Obama campaign has really left a bad taste in my mouth. From the Reverend Wright problem, to the blocking of Mi/Fl revotes, to his distasteful speech on race, (whom many people labled as genious). Those people should have their heads checked. If anything, all that speech accomplished was more racism, by saying that Rev. Wright was justified by the times in which he grew up, and this is somehow ultimately the white man's fault anyways.

Obama took the emphasis off of his Reverend, spun it into a political message, and attempted to throw a pity card, touting he was the victim in all of this. Victims don't win elections Mr. Obama, fighting, and determination win elections. The exact thing your rival is doing. Clinton has stayed above the whole Wright thing. They have distanced themselves from it, and that is commendable. But then you have the (Obama-bots) who lay claim it was infact the Clintons who circulated the video's in the first place. Those bloggers need to wake up.

I tried to be unbias'd about this Democratic nomination, but I have a fear we're going to vote a nominee who can't win the General Election, and if he somehow manages to do so, a very corrupt race based administration will govern the American people. A very inexperienced corrupt race based administration.

All in all, I have come to the conclusion, that I can no longer attempt to be unbias'd. Obama is just a little too horrible for me to give any sort of respect or credit too. I thought I would be able to vote Democrat in a General Election. I thought wrong. As a moderate Democrat, I will vote for the moderate Republican John McCain over this left wing nut job. He has lied so many times to the american people, and yet, they still support him, as if they have been brain washed.

First he gives us a $60,000 Rezko fund. Then it continues to jump up, and now it's up to $250,000.
On the Nafta thing, he said it wasn't true. Then he said he didn't know about it. Then he said the campaign member acted on their own behalf.
Then we have him saying he never heard his pastor say those things, then later, in his (Brilliant) speech, he says he has heard him say controversial things. (It is apparent by the way Michelle Obama speeks, that Rev. Wright has had an impact on their family).

This man is full of deceit. He pushes Hillary to release all these tax papers and White House papers, yet he won't release his tax papers, or papers from his Senate term.

Hypocrit. Hillary should say: I will release my taxes when you release yours. My white house schedules were released, let's see yours.

Obama brings new hatred to the Democrats

As if Obama bringing in his lawyer in an attempt to stop a Michigan revote was bad enough, he has decided to once again slap the voters in the face.

Obama's Top Goon David Axelrod (sp). is pushing for a 50/50 split of delegates in Michigan. I guess, anything to stop Hillary from gaining ground in pledged delegates eh? Even Dodd, whom at the time I had a tremendous respect for based on the fact he along with Senator Clinton left his name on the ballot, has backed the Obama campaign on this, flip flopping from his original stance, and following the Obama campaign. This is absolutely ridiculous. A 50/50 split of the delegates is NOT democracy. As Senator Clinton has stated before, no candidate was forced to withdraw their name from the ballot.

The way I look at it, when Senator Obama withdrew his name from the ballot, he basically said (well, I don't need your votes). And now, by blocking the re-do, and by pushing for this 50/50 delegate distribution, he's basically saying (Well, I didn't need your votes, but it's so close, that I can't allow you to vote for my rival).

How dare the Obama campaign manipulate the us citizens and this so called Democracy.

Here's your answer DNC. The fair, Democratic way of doing things, and patching this up. Because even if you sit these pledged delegates 50/50 split, you will lose both Florida and Michigan. It's not about sitting the delegates, it's about listening to the voters, and if you sit the delegates in a 50/50, that's the exact same as not sitting them at all. Anyways, back to the answer to your problems::

You Sit Senator Clinton's pledged delegates from Michigan and Florida as is.
You sit the (Uncommitted delegates) from Michigan as, well, Uncommitted.
You sit Senator Obama's pledged delegates from Florida.
You award Senator Edwards his pledged delegates from Florida.
You penalize the Super Delegates who were in charge of moving the primary date forward by stripping their votes in this Democratic Primary.
You set dates for Michigan and Florida after super Tuesday next cycle with no submission to move primary date forward.

Boom. All is fair. The voters are happy. The states are punished. And the candidates participated fairly. It is nobodies fault but Obama's for taking his name off the ballot, and shame on you Dodd for flip flopping, and supporting him for it. How dare you. And to think, you were running for president of the United States.

Moveon.org needs to... well.... move on

Everytime I see this website in the news, I think to myself.... why?
These people are nothing but hypocritical, deluded, snobby, uneducated, irritating, near legally insane rejects. Stop the War!. Fox Attacked Iran! Everyone knew Iraq didn't have WMD's! blah blah.

Let me sum this up for you MoveOn.org losers. Because I happen to be a real Democrat, and understand what the meaning of Democracy is. (I need to explain it to, I see it on your banner at the top of your page).

Democracy in my own words, and a little closer to the true deffinition than what Moveon.org defines it as, is Freedom. Living in the United states, we are free to live great lives. We have the ability to better our education, and better our income. We are allowed to move up in life so to speak. Not all places are like the United States. Iraq being one of them. How would you feel if you woke up, knowing that you can't better yourself. That the only way to move up is to be born into a family that has ties. Not knowing if you are going to be killed today or not. Damned you Moveon.org for being so selfish. You call it Democracy. I call it Bigotry. (We live great lives, why do I want other people to live great lives).

I know, I think i'll make a website called (StayPut.org). yea, and the charter of course will say (if you find a moveon.org members, please do not forget to spit on them. We will treat them as they treat others.)

What would our sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, cousins, friends that are fighting in this war say right now. O, wait, I do know what they'd say, i've asked.

They would say: (MoveOn.org don't understand. They think we hate it here. But they will never know the joy we feel when we see children playing in the streets previously a war zone. They will never feel the joy we feel, knowing we are changing millions of lives for the better. They will never feel the joy we feel, living up to our fallen comrades wishes.)

That just about sums it up right there. MoveOn.org. You're unwanted by the very people you think you're trying to save.

Hillary is running for president!? WHO KNEW!

Every site I goto that actually shows Hillary Clinton being a human being, and less of a political figure, makes me smile. Her apologies, Her jokes, they make me love Hillary all that much more. I get this feeling inside, the warm fuzzy one. No, not the warm fuzzy after a night of sour goose shots feeling, but the one where I feel safe, and content.

But then.... (queue drastic music change)

I get to the comments, and low and behold, I find some of the most ignorant people on the internet! And here I thought they stuck to ebaumsworld.

My favorite is the Peter Paul debacle. This idiot performs fraud, runs from the country, blames it on the Clintons when he's arrested, tries to sue them, makes a cut and paste movie about the Clintons. All his cases were laughed at. The Clintons were proven to not be involved, and people still bring it up. I cant help but LOL. (Laugh out Loud)

O here's a good one. Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. I wonder if these people know it's Hillary running for President and not Bill. Either way, Hillary is a strong woman for what she did. People say (O she stayed with him to further her career). If that is true, then she's just smart. But I just think she's just quite a bit stronger than most of you weak minded hypocritical housewives out there, with a much stronger relationship with her husband, and you're jelous because your affair with the pool boy doesn't get the media attention you think it should deserve.

Anyways, it's Hillary running for President, not Bill, not Monica, not Chelsea. Grow up, leave your conspiracies at home, and stop trashing forums with your ignorant talk of Clinton conspiracies.

Reason for Hillary's Republican Support

This will irritate a few Obama supporters, but I should clear up a few things, seeing that Rush Limbaugh's idiocy has run wild again, and people are coming up with some pretty ridiculous stories.

The real reason Republicans are voting for Hillary is not because the conservative loud mouth Rush told them too, but because they are literally scared to death of Obama. (Well, maybe not scared to death, but they are very weary of him), and it's not because they feel he can beat McCain in a General Election, but they don't want to take that chance.

Fact is, his inexperience coming into a time of war and economic peril, has turned alot of people off, and Conservatives (Being the uppity snobs they are, sorry mom), Will not look towards a Democratic nominee to get them out. But they have been paying close attention to the Democratics this time around because of the simple fact, Bush has caused alot of problems for the Republicans this election cycle.

So in summary. As a conservative scared of inexperience playing into the General Election, and seeing that inexperience winning over the Democrats, don't you think you would want to attempt to secure a little more experience? Republicans are voting for Hillary Clinton because they would rather Hillary win over McCain than Obama based on experience and the current problems we are in. It's not because they think that McCain can beat Hillary easier than he can beat Obama. They are looking after themselves, just as they always have. It was sort of like the Bush / Kerry Election. Vote for the less of 2 evils.

The Ignorance of some supporters

Some people are very ignorant to the whole Democratic nomination. I will try and sum it up for those of you who are a bit clueless.

Yes, Obama has a 150 Delegate lead. He has won many small states, and a few large ones. But it isn't Obama that is the problem, it was his strategy. He went into this nomination with a 50 state strategy. This is something the DNC wants to implement. Bring out the Democrats in all 50 states and overtake the Republicans. Here lies the problem. Many of the small states, Southern states, Midwest states are primarily Republican. They have a much larger Republican population and in some cases, outnumber democrats 3 to 1. These states really are useless to the Democrats in a General Election. (Read up on General Election and the Electoral College if you don't yet understand why they are useless). By winning in (Red states) which are states with a huge Republican population compared to a Democratic population, you've done nothing but manipulate voting. Yes, the Democrats in that state should be heard, and the popular vote will show that. The problem I see, is that even without the votes from Florida and Michigan, Obama and Hillary are still within like 4% of each other in the national popular vote. This small percentage cannot explain the gap of delegates between the two, therefore, the pledged delegate system is obviously flawed.

This is what matters.
The Swing States:

There are these states that are called Swing States (Or Battleground States). These states have a very close percentage as far as Democrat / Republican population goes. Obama, has not won a Swing State, and has only won one Large state (Illionis). Yes Obama won Georgia, but Georgia is a Republican state that you will not see vote Democrat in a General Election. Same with others like Alabama and Utah. These states "are" useless to Democrats in a General Election. Hillary Clinton on the other hand, used the right strategy. Solidify the Large Blue states. (NY, California), and solidify a base in the Battleground states, (Ohio, PA, Florida). This is the strategy that will win a General Election.

If Obama wins the Democratic Nomination, I do not see him winning a General Election. Not only because of the senior members of Clinton's loyal voters moving to McCain, but because Obama has yet to win a swing state. His momentum in battleground states does not exist.

The Problem with Obama The Problem with Hillary

I will go ahead and say this now. I am a Hillary Supporter, but I'm not one of these cult following die hard supporters that will paintball your garage, or even pull your Obama sign out of your yard. I try to be unbias'd as much as possible in everything I see, hear, and say.

Here's my breakdown, the plus's and minus's I see with each candidate.

Starting with Obama:

Obama is a phenomenal nominee. I continue to tell my friends, that the Democrats problem this year is the fact they have two extraordinary people running for President, and we can only choose one!! damnit. But throughout this campaign i've started to see trends.
#1 Obama is a politician. He started out clean cut, very sharp. Everything he said was inspiring and new. He brought a new typing of politics to our doorstep. But over time, we've started to see a change. (and not the good kind of change). Obama has peeped out of his shell a bit, and has shown, that deep down, under the rhetoric, he's still another politician.
#2 Because of the divide in the Democratic party, this causes Obama alot of problems if he were the nominee going into the General Election. If McCain had less time in office, if McCain didn't have the political/foreign affairs experience, then this wouldn't be a problem at all. But Obama lacks these things, (Or at least the Clinton supporters believe he do). The majority of Clinton supporters, support her because of her political experience. And tho Clinton can offer Change, just like Obama offers, Obama cannot however, offer those supporters the experience the believe Clinton to have. This will be a nasty problem come election time, when the divided Clinton supporters turn their votes to the more weathered McCain, because they trust a more experienced candidate during this time of turmoil.
#3 Obama's lack of capturing the large demographics of swing states. Obama has yet to prove he can beat McCain in a General Election from what he's won in the primary season. Yes, he has won more pledged delegates, but look at it this way. Put McCain where Hillary is right now, with her wins, and turn the Democratic Delegates, into the Electoral College.... Doesn't look so appealing anymore does it :( Obama needs to win PA. If he can't win PA, I don't see him getting the nomination based on General Election Rules. The DNC needs someone who can win the General Election.

Now for Hillary:
#1 Hillary's Negativity could be an assett, but the problem is, she used it at the wrong time. Clinton should not have gone negative against her fellow democratic nominee. Tho it would have been great to have seen in a General Election against the Republicans, this has opened Obama up to Republican attacks i'm sure they are saving for the General Election. If Obama wins the nomination, you can count on the Republicans to manipulate the damage already caused by Hillary.
#2 Hillary's Secrets arn't really all that damaging if you think about it, But Obama driving her tax returns into everyone's head really turns a large majority of people off to her. What is she hiding? most people will say, and given the Clinton scandals in the past, you will conclude that the income was made in sinister. I can attempt to offer a new explanation, tho it still hurts her to quite a few people. Bill Clinton is a world wide renowned figure head. There are many foreign countries who would pay to hear him speak.... pay to hear him speak.... pay to hear him speak.... There could be income from all over the world to the Clintons. Just a thought.
#3 Hillary Clinton can be seen as polarizing. I hear it all the time. She's divisive, she's deceptive. I can sum this up in one word. She's politics. People don't like politics, and the Clintons are champions at it. Obama stands for change, a different Washington, whereas Hillary is what we're accustomed too. She is Washington.

Fears:
This is my biggest fear in this race:
Obama becomes Democratic nominee, Hillary does not accept ticket, or Obama does not offer it to Hillary.
Obama has pumped everyone up about a different Washington, and building his following up with promises of change. Obama becomes President, but hits a brickwall, and is unable to keep his promises to the people who voted for him. He has promised us so much, so he will be scrutinized very carefully. Tho he is able to do small things, the voters do not see him as accomplishing what he set out to do while in the primary run of 2007/08. His first term goes by uneventful, and Republicans are able to use this to their advantage by gaining the presidency.
